Delivery information

UK Mainland

UK Standard Delivery 2-3 Day (£5.99 for any size of order).
We aim for same day dispatch of orders received before 1pm on a working day (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays), for delivery by 5.30pm two working days later (for example, an order placed before 1pm Monday will be delivered by 5.30pm on Wednesday). Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch at weekends, so any order received after 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday for Wednesday delivery.

Orders on this service will be dispatched with DPD, DHL or Royal Mail First Class (depending on size and weight) 


UK Next
 Day Delivery (mainland only) (£9.99 for any size of order).
Express orders received before 1pm on a working day (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays) will be dispatched the same day for delivery by 5.30pm next working day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch at weekends, so any order received after 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Orders on this service will be dispatched with DPD, DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery (depending on size and weight)

UK Highlands & Islands

For remote mainland UK addresses delivery may take longer than the estimates above. We are unable to deliver to offshore addresses.

Ireland (including Northern Ireland)

Standard Delivery Next Day (£5.99 for any size of order).
We aim for same day dispatch of orders received before 1pm on a working day (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays), for delivery by 5.30pm next working day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch at weekends, so any order received after 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Unfortunately at the moment we can only deliver to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Irish addresses.

 

Returns information

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and provide a no quibble, 14 day returns promise. Just return the order to the address on the invoice and we will refund you as soon as it arrives with us.

Please check your goods immediately on receipt. If the package is obviously damaged, please give details on the delivery note, if you are asked to sign one at time of delivery. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within 3 days of delivery.

If after delivery, any of the goods are found to be faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us to arrange for return, refund or replacement at our expense.

If you wish to return all or part of your order which is undamaged and as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange this. The carriage costs incurred will be at your expense and we can advise of the most cost effective method.
