We aim for same day dispatch of orders received before 1pm on a working day (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays). Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch at weekends, so any order received after 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday.
UK Express Delivery (mainland and NI only) (£14.99 for any size of order).Unfortunately we cannot currently guarantee next day delivery but using the checkout option "Express UK Delivery 1-3 days", delivery is usually on the next working day (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays) following dispatch, dependent on orders being placed before 1pm. Delivery day for orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will usually be Tuesday. We prioritise Express Delivery orders in pick, pack and dispatch to ensure quickest delivery.
Orders on this service will be dispatched with DPD, DHL or Royal Mail (depending on size and weight)
UK Highlands & Islands
For remote mainland UK addresses delivery may take longer than the estimates above. We are unable to deliver to remote and offshore addresses.
Ireland
All orders are dispatched from our Northern Ireland warehouse so no customs or paperwork to worry about.
Standard Delivery Next Day (£7.99 for any size of order).
We aim for same day dispatch of orders received before 1pm on a working day (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays), for delivery by 5.30pm next working day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch at weekends, so any order received after 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Returns information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and provide a no quibble, 14 day returns promise. Just return the order to the address on the invoice and we will refund you as soon as it arrives with us.
Please check your goods immediately on receipt. If the package is obviously damaged, please give details on the delivery note, if you are asked to sign one at time of delivery. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within 3 days of delivery.
If after delivery, any of the goods are found to be faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us to arrange for return, refund or replacement at our expense.
If you wish to return all or part of your order which is undamaged and as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange this. The carriage costs incurred will be at your expense and we can advise of the most cost effective method.
